A Resident Benefits Package (RBP) is a suite of services designed to provide all residents with savings, convenience, and professional services.

Our package currently offers seven different benefits: Renters Insurance Program, Credit Building, Filter Delivery Service, On-Demand Pest Control, Resident Rewards Program, Move-In Concierge, and Identity Theft Protection. You can select all seven or just the most useful ones for you and your business.

If you already offer your residents benefits, like around-the-clock maintenance help or support with buying a home, you can easily combine your current benefits with ours to give them an even better experience.

Residents can expect to pay between $20 and $80/mo for a Resident Benefits Package powered by Second Nature. The final price depends on the benefits included in the package, your market, and the property manager's discretion.

We do pricing differently than most vendors, and property managers love it. It's called 'success-based' pricing. We only charge for our services after you've received payment from your resident. Residents are enrolled into an RBP one lease at a time. Once a resident receives their benefits and pays you for them, we invoice you afterward, and you get to keep the profit.

Because we believe in 'success-based' pricing, we want to ensure that you start generating revenue from day 1 of partnering with us. We don't charge a hefty onboarding or implementation fee, just a refundable deposit of $500 instead.
